ESTOL-Flexosan is a solvent-free, plastic-modified bitumen emulsion for repairing cracks in asphalt pavement.
ESTOl-Flexosan is cold workable.
ESTOL-Flexosan provides optimum flank adhesion.
ESTOL-Flexosan runs right into the bottom of the crack.
Treated cracks are sealed watertight.
ESTOL-Flexosan is also ideal for concrete surfaces (technical consulting required).

The surface must be dry and free of dust and dirt. ESTOL-Flexosan is poured directly out of the bucket for surface paving and distributed over the area using a rubber squeegee.
The ESTOL-Screed Box is particularly effective when dealing with individual cracks. After treating the surface, cover immediately with 2/5 premium chippings.
After the work is complete, the area can be opened for traffic after about 10 minutes. Usage depends on how open-porous the asphalt paving is and on the width and depth of the cracks. The usage quantity is about 1.5 - 2.0 kg/qm.

ESTOL-Flexosan is available in 30 kg containers. 16 containers are packed onto one pallet. ESTOL-Flexosan can be stored in its unopened original container for up to 6 months. The container must be stored in a frost-free environment. Avoid direct sunlight or strong heat.
