Application
ESTOL-Silo Varnish is a bituminous, insulating and protective coating that is used in structuralsealing. Concrete and plaster are suitable surfaces.
 

Properties

ESTOL-Silo Varnish is a black, cold workable bitumen insulating coating.
ESTOL-Silo Varnish:
- contains solvents
- is tar-free
- is spreadable when cold
- is suitable for concrete, plaster and roofing membranes
- is suitable for drinking water containers

Installation

ESTOL-Silo Varnish is applied to concrete or plaster surfaces using spraying or painting methods. The surface must be clean, dry and free of loose particles.
We recommend multiple application steps.
Ensure that the last coating is completely dry.
When using a spraying method the airless method should be used.

Usage
1 top coat 200 - 300 g/m²
2 top coats 400 - 500 g/m²
3 top coats 500 - 600 g/m²

Supply/Storage

ESTOL-Silo Varnish is available in 5, 10 and 30 litre tin containers. 56, 45 and/or 16 containers are packed onto one pallet.
ESTOL-Silo Varnish can be stored up to one year in its unopened original container.
